The Board of Directors of Armstrong Industrial Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company will release its financial statement of the Company and Group for the Full Year Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2009 on 24 February 2010. An analysts' briefing has been scheduled for 25 February 2010.
